We do not require the use of any specific software for obtaining digital signatures on documents, though the following are recommended due to being easy to use and having been received well by other providers

Website for free online signing of documents as well as sending documents for signing. You will need to create an account to send or create a document for signing but third parties will NOT need to create account to sign document sent to them
PDFGear
Desktop application editing pdf's and documents stored on your computer. Allows for in person signing but not sending online
